Orders
We promise you that we will send out orders within two working days after we receive them.
If any item is temporarily out of stock, we promise to get in touch with you via e-mail to let you know the expected delivery date to make sure you are happy with this.
Help
We are here to help you find exactly what you're after. Please just give us a call if you need any help or advice whatsoever, or would just like to chat through your gift choice with someone to reassure yourself you're making the right decision. Packaging
We promise to package your purchase very carefully and thoroughly so that it arrives safely with you.
At the moment we don't offer a gift wrapping service. This is because we believe that customers would prefer to look at the product themselves before giving it and choose wrapping that they prefer. However, if we receive a lot of customers suggesting we should do gift wrapping, we will listen and act.
Delivery All Over the World
We are more than happy to send purchases to anywhere in the world. In order to keep our postage costs to you down as low as possible, we use standard postal/parcel services for sending out purchases. However, we are more than happy to send purchases out by faster methods (e.g. Special Delivery) although we ask customers to cover the extra cost of doing so. Where you wish to do this, we will contact you first to let you know the cost to make sure you are happy with it.
