Next Day Delivery £8 (UK only - orders placed Monday-Friday before 3.30pm)

Europe

For orders less than £15 we charge £3.95

For orders over £15 we charge from £5.95

Rest of World

For orders less than £15 we charge from £6.95

For orders over £15 we charge from £9.95

 

We reserve the right to contact you with a quote for postage if your order is very large or unusual.  Please note, orders are not despatched on bank holidays or weekends.

Our Prices

Our prices are as stated on the site at the time you place your order. If, due to an error or omission, the price published is wrong, Natural Products Ltd will advise you of the correct price and allow you to change or cancel your order.

We always charge delivery at cost and endeavour to keep them as low as possible.

• We reserve the right to change these terms from time to time. If you have bought from us before and not unsubscribed from contact, we will let you know by e-mail that the terms have changed.
• All transactions undertaken are governed by the law in England & Wales.
• Ownership of goods does not pass to you until we have received payment and despatched the goods.
• The content and creative in this web site is owned under copyright of Natural Products Ltd. No representation of this material may be undertaken without permission from Natural Products Ltd.
• Other than through our refunds policy, Natural Products Ltd do not provide any guarantee or warranty concerning the reliability, standard of manufacture or fitness for purpose of any of the products featured. We cannot guarantee that information provided on the web site or pictures will wholly represent the items received. We will however work to ensure that we provide the clearest pictures and descriptions we can.
• Natural Products Ltd are only responsible for the content of their web site and cannot be held accountable for anything as a result of a link from the simplymoleskine.com web site to any 3rd party or the content of their sites.

Our Returns Policy

As long as your notebooks have not been used and are still in their original packaging and we have been advised within 7 days of receipt, we will happily refund the cost of your purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund the cost of returning the goods to us unless the return is as a result of an error on our part.

To return your purchase, simply place the item in its original packaging, including the packing note, and follow these 3 steps:

1. Contact us on 020 8600 3566 or email enquiries@simplymoleskine.com.
2. Re-address the parcel to our address as shown at the top of this page ensuring that you have crossed out the original delivery details.
3. Please send the parcel and insure it for the value of the packing note. This will protect you in case the parcel gets damaged whilst coming back to us. We cannot be responsible for parcels that do not manage to get back to us. When we receive the parcel, we will check it and refund the amount of the order including the original postage.

Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your purchase gets to you in a damaged state, please advise us as soon as possible, and within 7 days at the latest.
